Mandy is a beautiful, graceful retired racing greyhound who’s ready to find her forever home. At just 3 years old, she’s still discovering the world beyond the racetrack and she has so much love and joy to give to the right home.

Since Mandy has come into the care of Little Valley, she’s been making steady progress and slowly gaining confidence. Mandy is a real sweetheart, She’ll gently lean in for affection, and enjoys a quiet fuss from someone she trusts.

Out on walks, Mandy’s more playful side comes to life—she becomes prancy and light on her feet, soaking in the sights and smells with a joyful energy that’s lovely to see.

Mandy gets on well with other greyhounds and finds comfort in their calm company. A home with another steady, dog-savvy greyhound could help her continue to grow in confidence.

She would do best in a quiet home with patient adopters who can give her the time she needs to feel secure and who are willing to help her build positive associations.
