Complaints:
We do understand that unfortunately, things don’t always go according to plan, so if something didn’t meet your expectations, we do want to hear about it.
Your constructive feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and ensures we can better serve you and future customers.
We take all complaints very seriously and will work to respond to your concern as soon as possible. (Complaints should be based on your first-hand experience or we will not be able to address them. Complaints made more than 90 days after the event will not be considered.)
PLEASE NOTE – The Devon Branch of the RSPCA – Little Valley Animal Shelter is a separate charity, independent from the UK National RSPCA. If your complaint is regarding the National RSPCA and not our branch, please refer to their website.
