Swallows at the Shelter

We feel so lucky to have been visited by a pair of nesting swallows this year! They have started to build their nest just outside our rabbit pens in a little sheltered corner and both parents are very busy to-ing and fro-ing collecting nesting materials. We hope both parents and their brood will be very happy during their stay and we’ll have some chirpy fledglings later in the summer.
