By placing an order with RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter, the customer verifies that he/she is over the age of 18 years and has read these Terms and Conditions. These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter (hereafter referred to as ‘LV’).
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on LV’s website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is discovered LV will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel, LV will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
The description and the price of the goods you order will be shown on LV’s current website at the time you place your order. All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications contained on WS’s website are published or issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They will not form part of this contract.
The goods are subject to availability. We make every endeavour to ensure we never sell out-of-stock goods. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, LV will inform you as soon as possible, and offer to put the goods on back-orders, or refund/credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/ debit card for the goods.
No contract exists between you and LV for the sale of any goods until LV has received and accepted your order and sends you confirmation in writing or by email to the email address you have given. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation and LV reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any individual or company at its absolute discretion.
Transactions are accepted only in UK Pounds. English Law shall govern this contract and any dispute under it.
LV accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of any product sold from this website. Use is at consumer’s risk. Knowledge of and adherence to local laws and/or statutes is the responsibility of the consumer. LV, its employees and other agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or any other form of compensation. LV may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
Your details will not be distributed, sold, rented, traded or used for any other purpose unless required to do so by law.
We do not store credit/ debit card details.
We reserve the right to amend this notice. Any changes will be posted on the website and become effective immediately.
