Freya steps up to raise £553 circling the city!

A huge thank you to Freya Turner for completing the 12-mile Exeter Green Circle walk and raising an incredible £533 for Little Valley Animal Shelter!

Inspired after seeing a poster in her local Sainsbury’s, 8 year old Freya, along with her mum Laura, took on the scenic route, clocking in an impressive 34,808 steps over 7 hours.

We’re so grateful for their efforts, and it was a pleasure to welcome them to the shelter to meet some of our current furry and feathered residents, including Barkley, alongside our animal care assistant, Hannah. We are so proud of Freya and the money raised from her adventure will make a real difference to animals in our care.
