Welcome to the RSPCA Little Valley Perfect Match Form. Please fill out this form and answer all required questions so that we can try and match you with your new fluffy, furry or feathered friend! If some answers do not apply to you, or your circumstances - please just write 'N/A' or choose 'Not Applicable'.
Note: * means that an answer must be given before you can submit your form to us
We need to find out a bit more about you, where you live and how we can keep in touch with you.
Why do we ask this?: We understand that asking for your age may offend some people. However, there are a number of good reasons why we do this, which include: matching the needs of the animal with the right owner; ensuring that you are old enough to adopt a pet; and also to allow us to ask some follow up questions if you are invited to come and meet the animal you wish to adopt. Please note that we do not discriminate or discount against anyone based on their age alone. We rehome to people of all ages if the animal is a perfect match for their individual circumstances and lifestyle.
Choose from the options below for more specific questions about the animal you are looking to adopt.

Why are you a perfect match for this bird(s)?
From time to time, we may have animals for adoption which don't fit into the usual categories. These could be aquatics, amphibians, reptiles, invertebrates or other exotic animals. Generally, we move these on to specialist rehoming partners who can provide the best care, but sometimes they will go up on our website if alternatives can't be found. If you see something different available for adoption, please give us much information as possible about your experience of keeping them as a pet, and why you could give them a forever home.
