Millie hits the road

Introducing our new Animal Rescue Officer

We would love to officially introduce you all to Millie, our new Animal Rescue Welfare (AWO). A lot of you may recognise her already as she has been part of the Little Valley family for the last few years as a Canine Animal Care Assistant. Millie is making the move across to her new AWO role this year, after almost completing the relevant training required.

She has spent time out with the RSPCA Inspectorate team, our amazing ARO El who covers North Devon. Millie is in the last stages of her theory training. Millie will be mainly covering Mid and South Devon with welfare assistance, wildlife jobs, rescue tasks, and everything in-between! We are so happy to have another Animal Welfare Officer within Team Little Valley to help Devon’s animals in another capacity, and be out on the road to assist where we can. Make sure you give Millie a wave if you see her out and about!
