He has thrived from the companionship and gentle attention he has received in his fabulous foster home.

Barry has a history of stress-related medical issues and will need a thoughtful settling in period.

• His own quiet room to start in, such as a spare bedroom
• Patient, gentle support while he adjusts
• A calm household; he could live with an older teenager
• No other pets
• Company during the day, as he doesn’t like being left alone for long
