Gorgeous Merlot is a short haired, Black Cat of about 5 years old and is still a little shy. He is finding the Shelter a bit worrying so we are giving him time and space to settle in and gain confidence. He has a good history from his previous home and we expect him to return to his usual self once he has had a chance to get used to things. As he is a sensitive lad, he will need a quiet new home with patient owners who are happy to bear with him. He would prefer to live with adults only and to be the only pet. His previous owners describe him as a friendly boy who enjoys fuss so he will make a wonderful pet when he is back to his usual self.
