I’m a big, handsome 1.5 year old Cane Corso Cross, and I’m ready to tell you my story! My start in life wasn’t the best, but I’ve spent the last few months working really hard. With the help of everyone at Little Valley, I’ve learned that the world isn’t scary, and I’m now a fun, soppy boy who is totally ready to find my forever home!
I’ve made amazing progress. I used to be really nervous, but now I’ve built so much confidence. I can even walk calmly alongside other dogs whilst I focus on my handler—that’s a huge achievement for me! It doesn’t take me long at all to trust new people and once I do, I promise I’m a total softie—loving, loyal, and full of personality. I’m going to make someone an incredible companion.
I need a calm, patient home where I can continue my training and build my confidence at my own speed. I’m looking for adopters who understand that slow and steady wins the race! I would really prefer to be the only dog in the house but I might be able to live with a confident and dog-savvy cat; however we’d need a very slow and controlled introduction to make sure everyone is happy and safe.
