Exciting times are ahead at Little Valley Animal Shelter – and with big changes on the horizon as we upgrade our facilities, we’ll be working a little differently to ensure our furry and feathered friends remain happy and safe during the construction. But here’s the thing: animals will still need our love and care throughout this period – and that’s where you come in!
Have you ever thought about fostering? Now’s the perfect time to give it a go! We’re on the lookout for volunteer foster carers to temporarily open their hearts and homes to some of our animals while we navigate these changes. We’re looking for people to help us care for any of the species we have at the Shelter; dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, or rodents.
Fostering is an incredible way to make a difference. It gives animals a cosy home environment while freeing up space at the shelter for others in need. Plus, it’s endlessly rewarding, you get to help build their confidence, provide them with love, and watch them thrive. And don’t worry; we’ll support you all the way.
Interested? It’s easy to get started!
Just drop us an email at info@rspca-littlevalley.org.uk to register your interest. We’ll follow up with all the details about what fostering involves and how you can apply.
Fostering isn’t just about helping animals—it’s about becoming part of a community that truly cares. Together, we can ensure every Little Valley animal gets the love and care they need as we head towards an exciting next chapter for the charity.
