Did you know that in recent years, over 80% of Little Valley’s income has come from gifts left in Wills? It’s an incredible figure and one that speaks volumes about the kindness and generosity of our supporters.
We know writing a Will isn’t exactly top of most people’s to-do list. But it can actually be one of the most empowering things you do.
Many of us treat things like home insurance or MOTs as essential life admin. Writing a Will deserves a spot on that list too. It’s not just about preparing for the future—it’s about shaping it. And for the animals at Little Valley, it could mean the difference between rescue and refuge.
Not quite ready to think about your Will? That’s OK! But if you have been moved by what you have read in this month’s Paws magazine, and you would like to donate, either as a regular donation or one off, here are some ideas of what donations could fund today: £10 – food for a medium-sized dog or several kittens. £15 – microchip for a rescued pet.
£25 – neutering or flea and worm treatment of an abandoned animal. £50 – vet health check and vaccinations. £100 – rehabilitation and behavioural support for a traumatised animal.
